well its painted....i think it looks good....ive never seen anyone paint their manifold this color (ill hold off on naming the color till i post pics for the suspense) so it should be different...it came out ok as i am far from a master with a rattle can but ive got the upper done and the plenum cover (not bothering with lower) i wanna do the elbow too but im too damn tired.....im gonna do the words in a different color before it goes on tomorrow then ill post some pics.....i think you guys will like it....

....only snag was i broke one vac line....the little red line that attaches to the vac tree on the elbow.....i remember it being more flexable when i put it on in august but trying to disconnect it from the elbow it the red line snapped.....does anyone know how i could fix that??? would electrical tape work??? or like a little piece of hose to connect the two broken halves???....or if i can get a new one???

Yeah just use a piece of vacuum hose and connect the two.

I been thinking of doing the same thing, what kind of paint did you use? I wanted to coat the upper intake to keep it a cooler. What did you sand/clean it up with first?
