What are the biggest Wheels/Tires I can put on my 95 GT

mine are not 18's they are 17's...I would like to see/know if they even make an 18in TTII that would be an awsome rim for the 94+'s and it may clear the cobra brakes as the 17's will not clear the cobra breaks

Do you have any side shots of them? All I'm really looking for is a set of 18" rims that are a wide 5-star design... like the roush, but not $1800 for a set...

The offset for those wheels is 24mm and backspacing for rear is I think 1-3/8". But just check American Racing's website for the Torque Thrust IIs and they will give all the info you need. All I can say is these wheels (TTIIs) are different from the rest of the pack and the wheels are deeeeeep dished - front and especially the rear. They measure 12" lip to lip (rear) and 10.5" lip to lip (front). People just love the look and sooooo doooo IIIIII

Yeah I found out the hard way. I used 1/4" spacers and all is well. I think the Cobra Rs clear them but to me they are - as my daughter would say - Boooooring.

Hey everyone,

Greg here. New to the Mustang world. Been wanting one for years and came across a 95 GT in 95% condition and I just had to buy it.

What I want to do is put some new wheels and tires on it but before I do, I figured I'd ask you all here since you guys will definitely have the answer..

Question is, What are the biggest Wheels/Tires I can put on my 95 GT without having wheel rub, etc?

Any and all comments will be appreciated. I'll try to get some pics up pretty soon.

Go over to www.corral.net and go to the wheel forum and there's a large post with picture of cars and there wheels and tire package. This will give you what you need. By the way, I run 17x11 (315/35) and 17x9.5(275/40). I removed the quad shocks because I installed MM coilovers but I installed lower control arms at the same time allowed the removal of the quad shocks without any adverse affects.

Just the 17in TTII's, I believe it has to do with the shape of the inner arch in the spokes.

I just picked up some 295/30/18s for my rear... a friend has them on his Roush no problem... however I'm looking at either a replica roush, or something different... 18x10 (rear) 18x9 (front)... Low-5.0 and BLKSN, what is the offset of those rims? (trying to do some shopping, but it's not easy)

The offset on mine are +24mm for the front and +27mm for the rear.
