what camshaft/heads should i use!

I am plaaning on upgrading my cam and have no clue on which to purchase. i would like a cam that lopes at idle (radical), but not hinder the motors performance. Any info will be helpful. i am also planning on upgrading the heads this month or next.i would like a cam that i could use now but not have to change again. i could just wait untill i get the new heads, idk. Any suggestions on head would be useful also.

mods to engine - CAI, 70mm MAF, 75mmTB, TFS track intake, 24lbs. injectors, MSD dizzy, MSD digital 6+, MSD HVC coil, march pullies, BBk Headers equal length, BBK x Pipe, flowmaster 30 series

definetly wait and do them at the same time. it will save time and money. what do you want to do with the car and what is your budget?
