What do I need for a twin-turbo setup?

I've got a friend who is rebuilding his 94 Supra TT and he offered me the factory twin turbo setup for around $350. Is this worth buying? What else would I need and where can I find the parts?

My engine is all stock right now, except for exhaust and pullies. I'm planning on buying an Edelbrock Performer intake, TB, MAS, and injectors this summer. I'm also planning on a 331 and AFR 185 heads by next year. How would the twin turbos go with that setup?

Well first off, the supra is a 6cyl, and you have a 8cyl, so the manifolds/headers will not work. I doubt any of the piping would work.
