I have about $1500 to blow on my car, just wondering whats the next best mod(s) to do. I already have a CAI, mass air meter, 65mm TB, shorty headers, O/R x-pipe, flowmasters, pro 5.0 sts.

The first thing I'm gona do is rip out the stock 2.73's and put in 3.55's or 3.73's. After that I'm not sure what to I could do. ANY IDEAS???

If I were you, I'd have gears on high priority, if not the very next thing you do. Read around a bit, and most say that should be your first upgrade.

Very soon should be weld-in subframe connectors too.

That will leave plenty of cash for other stuff.

Good decision to go with the gears....it makes a BIG difference...I had 2.73s then went to 3.73s WOW  Don't forget your plastic speedo gear...mine is still 6mph off so I am racking up more miles than I am really going.

Depending on what your future plans are...s/c, nos, turbo, or just n/a. If power adder, no to u/d pullies :nono: They send a smaller water pump pulley in the kit and you want MORE cooling when you are running boost.

Also Battery Relocation Box if you are doing P/A. ($100)

Subframes are pretty nice and easy to do. While you are doing gears try Alum driveshaft. Makes you hit revs faster. About $150-200 for that.

Also try some type of ignition. MSD ignition module, coil packs unless you have a 5.0 then distributor, Plug wires (8.5mm or larger)

You can do some suspension work. Lower it (make sure you get new caster/camber plates and have car re-aligned), new rear upper and lower control arms, struts and shocks ( i have Koni Yellows those are nice :D but EXPENSIVE ), anti front and rear sway bars.

List is endless my friend. HAVE FUN BUILDING

$1500 can go a long way with a car as stock as yours.

Thumper heads w/ spring upgrade $700.
TMOSS ported lower intake. $130
3.73 Gears w/install $300-400
TFS/FMS cam
Subframe connectors.

That will pretty much dry up the account, maby not be the best H/C/I combo but it would be a night/day difference.

i would buy with 1500 bucks UD pullies and alternator and a suspension kit from Maximum motorsports then get the gears the better the traction the funner the gears will be wont spin as much and youll handl better but then again your money

You've got $1,500.00 to spend......Here's what I'd do. Go for the gear swap, save a little more and buy myself one of those used KB 1500’s on Ebay. You'll get more out of that than any of the little bolt on items. Not only that, but afterward if you decide to start doing the usual bolt-ons, the benefits will be greatly increased with the forced induction. Most go the bolt on route right off the bat because funds are usually limited and most can only afford to go a couple of little things at a time. Since you’ve got a big chunk right off the bat, why not go for the gusto?
