What pressure should my fuel be at?

heres my mods list....it's a 1995 5.0.

Pulleys
CAI
70 MM TB
1.7 RRs
9MM Plug Wires
Crane Fireball ignition
O/R x pipe
Flowmaster 40 series cat back exhaust
3.73 gears in the rear
FRPP fuel pressure regulator
Holley 190LPH in tank fuel pump

so what should my fuel presure be at

38-40 vac off.

Pull the vacuum line off the feul pressure regultor while you set it. The needle on your guage will go up to wherever it is when you at at wide open throttle. Turn the regulator adjustment until you get to where you want it.

The readings DMAN just gave are correct, that's where I'd seet it, too.
