what should i do

i have super 40;s on my stang and one of the baffles in the driver side one broke and rattles at certin rpm last week and now the other one did the same should i send both back for a refund or should i get different mufflers i know some of the opinions here but i will get spintechs if i send my 40's back
if i send them back pro street or sportsman i have a catted mrt h pie as well
