i getting realy close to putting my new motor in, prolly about 3 weeks or so, and a few of my friends and i have been throwing a few numbers out there, and i realy have no idea what it will put down, and i fully understand it's alot about how good my heads flow, since the are hand ported by me.....

but the car will have........

cai w/ k&n filter
75mm TB & plenium
pi intake
steeda under drive pullies
steeda T/A @ 12-14*(will be taken off when dyno tuned)
P&P NPI heads, 3 angle valve job, under cut ss valves (modmax claims they improve flow)
10.2:1 compression
power heads cams, 540/540 lift, 225/230 duration @.50, 112lsa
canton windage tray
flowtech longtubes & O/R H pipe
and maybe a fidanza aluminum flywheel

stock tune, and its a 5 speed,

and i know it will need to be dyno tuned......

If you are at 225 rwhp now, and your porting was good... I am going to guess 270 rwhp 290 rw tq.

It's hard to guess really, that may sound a tad low but I don't want to over shoot, lol.

It will put down over 300rwph. my buddies 00gt has VT stage 2 cams, stock bottom end, stock non ported heads, pi intake, 75mm intake, long tubes and X pipe, underdrives, and it was dynotuned by Dynospeed Racing in memphis. It put down 315rwhp. that car is gonna scream on mid-top end.

Less than 300rwhp will put you into the 12's.

There was a guy on another forum that ran a 12.1 with 305 rwhp and no drag suspension.
