what should i set timming at??

I have an 89 stang with a 5.o with edle heads cobra intake, 75mm pro-m 65 t-b headers stock cam, What should i set my timming at??? 16?? or maybe 30 with the spout out???

I would go no higher than 14 to start

i would go 16 with spout out and if it detonates back it down 1 degree at a time . i have a very close to the same set up and im running 16 but every car is different.

I thought mine was at stock setting but I checked the other day and mine was at 13*.....nowonder I heard some noise on hard load with 87 octane lol...runs great now with 91
