What size 28" ETs should i get???

i need to reduce my trap RPM a bit, so im going with a set of 28" ETs. what size should i get for a fox body? I still have the quad shocks and its an 86.

I have 9.5 Hoosiers,they fit pretty good! Quad shocks and all.

I have 28x9's on a 15x8 with a 4.5 inch offset. There is a fair amount of room behind the tires, dont know if it would clear quad shocks or not.
