I posted a thread a couple weeks ago, regarding my itch to pick up some wheels to mount drag radials on. I decided to go with some cheap steel wheels from summit that are 15 x 8's that I can get with 4.75", 4.5" or 4" backspacing, that cost less then $50 a piece.
Now I need to decide what tire size I should go with.....
Currently I have 245/45 16's in the rear which have a diameter of 24.6", I am no looking to pay retail, so I have been searching for a bargain on craigslist or ebay.... and I really have been seeing the same size over and over. 275/50 15 its an inch taller, and definately a bit wider, but do you think they will fit without to much issues, I at least one person is running 275s on a 65/66 just can't remember who.
Thoughts anyone?
