what size for eaton blower pulley?

hey guys, sorry for posting this here, but no one responded at the svt section. well my dad juss got a 01 lightning, and i heard you get more boost with a smaller pulley, what size is the stock and what size should i get for this truck? it has an intake if it matters and it is only visitng the track a few times. any help guys?

You can get more boost with a smaller s/c pulley, but I wouldn't. Stock is like 2.90", so your chances of belt slip go up greatly with a smaller pulley. For more boost, change the crank pulley for a bigger one. I would recommend a 4lb lower pulley, you can get a 6lb lower but that will create more heat than needed.
