I highly doubt it, unless you didn't lower the car, and put something in the springs to prevent suspension travel. rolling the lips is simple enuugh that I would do it.
There is a black notch on corral that has 17X10.5 FR500's with a 275-40-17 M/T ET street. Looks badass. The tire is not stretched, it actually fits perfect. They are right out to the edge, so fender lip rolling is a must, and another must is Ranger/Stock Fox length axles shafts. 17x10.5's with 94-98 axles shafts will make those wheels stick out over 1 inch.
