I took one of the wheels off my 66 cobra rep. and went to put it on my 01GT, They are 18x9 Cobra-r's and after measuring, i assured myself that they are a +24 offset and 5.95 backspacing. However when i put them on the front of the GT, they stick out over an inch???? Everywhere i see lists the 5.95" backspacing as correct for this car, so it's truly been baffling me for some weeks now. Anybody running w/ 18x9's?? if so, are you at a 5.95" backspacing and it's within the fenders?? arghhhhhhhhhhh... THanks all- Mike
