What would be the largest tire you could fit on a 9.5 inch wide rim?

I have 295's on 9 inch wide ones

...yokohama avs sport 295/30/18, the fronts are the yokohama evs 100 (i think thats the name of them) 255/35/18


My car got egged the other night and you can still see all the eggs parts on the ground in the first picture. I have to get the car repainted because the egg shells ripped the paint off down to the metal.

i have 9" rims with 285 on the rear, so i would think 295 would be ok on 9.5's ...

94SC50, the tires don't bulge out in the center making the contact patch smaller or anythingdo they?

Negative, they stick very well. I run them @ 18-20 psi at the track.
