thanks for the tip, and for the quick reply, but i can only spend up to $150 for the X pipe on my budget. plus i have to buy the MILs, and a floorjack, jackstands, and rhino ramps. cant afford more than UPR or Pypes x pipe

Dr Gas all the way! I thought it sounded good before, but I just installed my Flowmaster cat-back and OMG! I didn't think a stock 4.6 could sound like this...

ive heard bad things about BBK x pipes. ive heard they have some problems with lining up straight, and also that they hang too low and scrap over speed bumps. so im between ONLY the UPR X and the Pypes X (from mustangtuning.com)

BBK is a bitch to get on, and supposedly doesn't flow too well.

I have a UPR o/r pipe. Fits very well, has a nice sound, and I feel some more power up top now (although I might have lost a little down low). Plus, you can't beat that price!!

Bassani, Ebay, $169.

Not bad for a stainless x-pipe.

The Pypes X pipe is the same as the UPR X with added reinforcement plates at the welded junction for extra support, Air tube and secondary 02 sensor rings (96 and up)so that cats could be added later on and sensors reconnected.

Another vote for Magnaflow. I have their catted x pipe and love the sound and extra torque I picked up.

Don't get the BBK. It DOES hang low, and it doesn't sound as good as others. Too raspy. Mine fit well though, no problems with that. I paid $80 for it used though.
