When I put my chip in it was doing the same thing. Had to hold it to the floor to get it to start and ran like crap! Wouldn't idle either. It turned out to that the chip wasn't getting a good connection. I took the chip out and cleaned the connections on the computer several times before it finally ran right. I thought my tune was off and called Willey and he told me to try cleaning it again and that it was most likely the culprit. I told him that I had already pulled it out and cleaned it several times. But he was pretty certain that this was the problem. He was right! Anyway clean the connections again, may fix your problem!

It bucks all across the RPM range and wont idle with the spout connector in. I cleaned the connection area again just to be safe, but that isnt doing anything. I think I may just ask for my money back for this chip and put it toward a dyno tune. My old chip works decent, so I guess I could just run it until next summer when I go with boost. I just really want the car to run at its best with this combo.
