Wider tires and wheel offset

I was thinking of getting 275/50R15 tires on the back for my car. I would mount them on 15x8 Drag-Lites, which come in 4.5" and 5.5" (positive) offsets. I looked on the Internet and it says 5.5" is correct for my car, but if I wanted to make sure the tires don't rub with the inside components such as the quad-shocks, should I go for the 4.5" ones?

id say go with what they say fits.

Go with the 5.5. you will have to lose the quad shocks which are useless. If you go with the 4.5 your tires will stick out of the fenderwells out 3/4 of and inch.
