Ok guys I just got my MAC Prochamber and MagnaPack catback in and I just wanted to know if anyone had any issues with fitting the two together? I am going to install them this weekend and don't want any surprises. I can't wait to hear these things and I am dying to put them in. I just want to ensure that I will have everything I need (minus mil eliminators). If you got a minute give me some inputs. :flag:

P.S. Where are the MagnaPack guys at?

I wish I bought Magnapacks. I think. There will be no surprises as long as you have good tools. Get penetrating oil. Let it soak. Don't round off the nuts from the pro chamber to the fatory exhaust manifolds. Use a swivel, and long extension on the passenger sides lower nut. Need allen wrenches for the tips. Put car on four jack stands. Rear wheels have to be hanging, but you still may have to hack saw off the factory tailpipes. Unplug the O2 sensors, and unscrew them from the pipe off the car, and be careful with them. Get a helper to get you tools while your under the car. Firstimer by himself may take 5 hours w/ with no problems.

Have you heard that combo of exhaust before ?

i had that setup for a time; but i really couldn't get into the sound. they are made much better than flowmasters, i guess i just didn't care for the glasspack sound. it will fit fine though. just be sure u don't use silly paper gasket they send with prochamber, and either get some new studs (sorry i can't find the napa part # for them) or grind the shoulders off of the stock bolts & you will be fine. also, u will wanna get some mils soon, or the ses light will drive u insane. good luck.

A guy in Va I met had the same setup and it sounded pretty sweet even at idle. When I get it in I will try and get some sound clips for you. I'm real lucky too cause I'm in the Navy and I get to goto the Auto Hobby Garage and use a frame lift and any tool I need for about five bucks. :hail2: thanks Uncle Sam :flag:

Yes they will fit together perfectly! I had both the Pro-Chamber and the Magnapacks installed at the same time. The local "Mustang Mechanic" said that he hasn't seen a better fitting exhaust or a better sounding one anywhere. I have had mine for about 7 months and I love starting it every morning. You will have no fitment problems, but you will have a "perma-grin" on your face for awhile!!

Word of caution. Don't use the MAC gasket. It's made of cardboard and will eventually blow out on you. Go buy a factory steel gasket, it works so much better.

I'm eager to hear the PC with the packs. I have the catted X with my packs and I love them everytime I drive my car.

Holy 'Kiss Me''Kiss Me''Kiss Me''Kiss Me' you will love this exhaust set up. Ive had mine for a little while now and I LOVE it. IMO there isnt a better sounding exhaust out there. Did the install myself on both the cat back and mid pipe. Getting the stock mid pipe off and putting the pro chamber on was a BITCH, that pass. side is terrible. And those metal rods that connect the tips to the bumper might need to be cut because they cause a little rattle. Use some locktite on those set screws for the tips, make sure everything is nice and tight. You can search around for instructions on how to install both.

Ill be making some exhaust clips of my car this weekend, if anyone wants to listen just PM me.
