Will these rims/tires rub

I've got 275's in the front. They rub near full steering lock on the front ground effect. During normal driving there is no concerns, parking causes a little rubbing.

I've got tubular a-arms and coilovers, with '94 V6 spindles, 2003 17x9" Cobra wheels, if that helps anybody out.

Like I said Nitto, your pretty worthless on here.

Tony, were you to mean I DIDNT say I had a 95, because I posted that in the first comment. Yeah, I've heard they fit larger tires and so Im not too concerned if the 85 isnt up to the task. Worse case scenario, the 85 gets her 99 Cobras back that the 95 stole from her, lol.

Well I already have had the 275s sitting in my living room for a good 2 months now so I have to use them. So its either buy 255s for the front, or use the 275s up front and go with a 295 out back. I think I'll go with the 295s out back. That should be a good compromise, and I guess I dont need to worry about pipes and quads since Im leaning towards a sidepipe exhaust and a steeda 5-link.
I have leftover headers from an old project, and I have make a catted mandrel X-pipe for $200, get intermediate pipes for $20 a piece from the parts store, sidepipe mufflers for $45 a piece from Summit and fab a mandrel pipe pointing to the side for $20. So $350 gets me headers and the exact exhaust on the Cobra R!! What a deal.

Yeah thanks, sort of like 275's and 295's on your unbutchered, lowered fox View attachment 484557

In the first post you write:
"Exhaust on both cars is 2.5 all the way back and is staying that way."

Then you write:
" ... and I guess I dont need to worry about pipes and quads since Im leaning towards a sidepipe exhaust and a steeda 5-link."

I think when you nail down ALL your must have and won't do issues then someone can give you a straight answer that you won't cry about.

I'll be sure to change my answers everytime you change your configuration, who knows maybe next you'll decide a tub is the way to go to get that "big meat" look you want.

Got your 'big meat' right here buddy View attachment 484559

I am running 295/50/15's on 15x10 draglite on the rear of my 86. Jack up your car, take off the rear wheels and spend a day beating the piss out of your inner fender wells. I have no quads and had to fine-tune my tailpipes to get them to clear the meats. It only rubs when im going up a driveway at an angle.

good luck!
