Winter Rides - Post Pics!

I want a new winter car.

I've become obsessed with the SVT Lightnings, they're so badass and would complement my Vert' perfectly.

However being that I'm still in school the DD will remain the Vert' here in Northern Virginia, and that is starting to piss me off now that I'm getting older and want more toys instead of buying ghetto winter tires for her.

What do you guys drive? Or what would you want to drive for a winter car?

I want to see some POS beaters!

What do I drive... a ford focus ZX3. I really do like the car, but its slow.

The old standby Nissan P/U...
I like having a truck around so a small P/U fits the bill...I pd 1800 4 yrs ago with 76k on it...havent put more than 50.00 in parts in this thing and it just turned 111k....

I like my tunes so the beaters done up with a Pioneer Supertuner, 4 Alpine speakers and a 200W amp...makes driving it a tad better...

Damn has Winter arrived already. Time goes by fast, feels just like yesterday that I got my gears put in, that was at the end of last winter.

It's getting colder and I want to be held.

Im sure i take the prize for the biggest piece of crap. 1990 accord with 271,000 miles. It was free and apparently has been in many accidents. Last winter i hit a snow bank at 40mph and there was no new damage. It serves as my parts garage in the summer. The other day i put in a new used distributor in because it was shot and i also fixed the crazy idle. Now it runs like a champ .

we don't get winter down here, so i'm driving the stang year-round. i've got an 88 jeep xj, 4x4, but it's in the back yard. gotta put in a new coil, then i'm gonna sell it. but, yeah, we don't get winter...

I hope this year i will buy real winter beater , i have in mind 88 BMW 325I or 97Ranger 4 banger (truck i drive on job) to bought cheap, but i have some bad minds ,i was thinkin turnothat BMW or Ranger in race cars after winter
