AHAHAHA ITS ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (TT stang)

I don't think a steel braided hose will make a diff.. they are still rubber on the inside. He needs a hard line probably unless he can run the hose away from that hot side pipe somehow.
ya i think it was oink or someone else on here that made a custom turbo setup and had to fab up a hardline to go past the turbos

im interested in if that fits under the hood. also might be a good idea to move the battery to the trunk and put the overflow where the battery is now

Thanks for ALL of the responces guys! Sorry I couldnt get back to you....I was pretty busy today. We also had to upgrade the ruturn oil lines to 1/2 inch because the 3/8s lines were causing a oil buildup (simular to the HP TT problem) and causing the car to smoke a bit under a small load.

Car drives GREAT BTW! And man does it sound good taking off and rowing through the gears  . Ok here are some more pics :D Vids may have to wait until its on the dyno....its soo quites you wouldnt hear anything anyways  .

And for those asking about the hood....this is the ONLY hood that (to my knowledge) that will work with what we have done here, and thats due to the dome that allows it to start rising. Its a SUPER close fit.

And ofcours I made it functional (nope... water wont puddle high enough to go in the slots, it drains to the sides before it reaches them :) )

This is what I done this morning...took it from about 3/4 fendor gap to slightly lower than stock :( . Had to, due to SERIOUS clearance issues. Thank god for coilovers....just a turn of the "dial" and up it goes :D Took about 45mins to do both sides (have to remove the tire obviously)...and I just used a C clamp to screw it up.

Anywho, pics from this morning before I 4X4d it

Ill look back through and see if I missed any questions...but maybe tomorrow lol.

ITS TIME TO GO TO SLEEP! :D

Very impressive setup. Roughly how much power will you be able to push if you chose to go with a forged shortblock? Are you still shooting for 475hp on stock block? Now you gotta start saving for a built rear end, full fuel system, and some slicks and skinnies ;)

Thanks again all :D . We are about to put the cat pipes in so I can take it to get it inspected haha.
We designed it so each side has a short section of straight pipe between the down pipe and the X pipe that we can unbolt (1 V band and 1 ball flange) and replace with a pipe that has the stock cats welded inline. Simular to the SLPs "race pipes" and "cat pipes" i suppose. The pipes are made, we just have to weld the V band flange on.

As far as the upper radiator hose, it looks alot closer in the pics to the down pipe than it actually is. I think its around 1.5-2 inches away. But im thinking about looseing the T stat housing clamp and twisting it a little...that will throw it further away.

And as for the power #s....im really not sure LOL. I would like to see atleast 450RWHP out of it :nice:

:jaw:

Please please PLEASE give us a little video of it running, or even making a little boost going down the road. The suspense is killer!!!

Awesome work man, seriously. Looks very well done, and im sure it will be a beast when its all dialed in.

You know you really should bring it to Mustang Week, you would undoubtedly turn many heads and grab a ton of attention with that.

With a different H/C setup, along with the forged engine it should go into the 700s on pump gas if I wanted it to. :nice: But I dont want it to :rlaugh: .
If....when I get a forged engine ill get some turbo grind cams from MPH and turn it up to around 13-15PSI....it should have no problem at all making over 600RWHP on pump gas.

Yea I need a built rear...but I think im done modding the car for a long time LOL. Im just going to go on some DRs and try and see what happens :D

As far as the fuel system goes...so far I have a Ford GT fuel pump and 42# injectors...I think that should suffice. (Note that the fuel pump, BA 2400 MAF, and 42# injectors are not installed...fuel pump will go in shortly.....MAF and 42s go in when I pull up into MPHs drive way:D )
