Progress Thread Project: Buried Under A Mountain Of Snow Black Hole Money Pit.

so lets talk intakes

doing a super vic still isnt out of the question with the 4500 carb.

so a super vic with a 4150 to 4500 adaptor

or a 2828

remember this will be going on a 408" stock block high compression highport motor

glidden will make more power if you dont mind dealing with the water side.

either will probably need to be milled, but the 2924 will probably need more porting than the 2828.

im still waiting for someone to use the newer tfs casting, which is listed as being 1262R sized ports out of the box unlike the sv (which i think is only 1250 sized iirc).

dealing with the water ports isnt a big deal to me seeing how i wont be using a thermostat

im leaning towards the glidden so i have room to grow

Point taken. I'll get back under the rock.
haha
its not honestly a bad thought..
his is a 427 mines a 408
his is 11.5(i think):1 mines going to be closer to 13:1
his is actually a CHI 4.0 which as stupidly expensive
his is NA mines going to be on the bottle. so i need to worry about how it will distribute on a plate kit SBF's even with a fogger are rough on the corners so i dont want to deal with something that is real bad on nitrous

this should be able to move some air

How much giggle gas are you planning on hitting that thing with? What's the time table for a running car? Any passes this year?

not sure how hard im going to spray it yet honestly.
im going to talk to the guy tonight who is doing the chassis and see when he thinks.
once i get it back i need to start to wire it.

im shooting for next season but it will depend how much money i have floating around on some of the stuff.
