I wish I could remove my floor pan to install my SFC’s. Lol. You are doing amazing work here. Love it man.

.Shoot, it's only a couple hundred areas to clean up
.Yeah, from my understanding, the theory is that the zinc (or copper in my case) will mix in the weld puddle and everything will be wonderful.I thought thats what 'weld thru' primer was for, so you didn't have to have bare metal in between the welds, the only thing I know about welding is it don't work on wood.
It's really not though. It is mostly metal and a binder that in theory begins to flow under the 2000* heat of a weld arc instead of vaporizing.'Weld through primer' sounds a lot like regular primer...
Not more than a fleeting moment truthfully.I hate weld through primer :-( lol
Amazing progress Dave ,glad to see you are moving right a long. I have a kinda off topic thought- since you are installing a new floor-and I think you are still doing wheel tubs/have you given any thought to a fuel pump access door in the trunk?
Not more than a fleeting moment truthfully.
Assuming I go in tank pump (and I believe I will), then it wouldn’t be a bad idea.
.
Uhmmmmm.......my welding helper tonight.I love this part of the build.
It's when Dave gets fektup on all the autumn brews. So cozy.
