Here's how I did mine... 1/10 would not recommend, just pay a shop with a drive on lift if you have one within a reasonable distance.

Rusted. I can try welding a nut from the bottom. Need to pick up one in the proper pitch so I can thread it on a few threads and then weld. That’s a good idea.

This bolt is in there. I use heat and an impact and breaker bar and broken a few t50 bits. And then when I rounded out the torx I welded a nut onto it. I used a 30” breaker bar on it and it didn’t moved, eventually snapping.

That sucker is in there.

Worked on prepping the SFC install this AM. Got most of the metal cleaned up and prepped.

Only issue I ran into was the bend angle of the SFC is a bit more extreme than I need for my car. I’ll have to drag one into work and use the press there to lessen the bend slightly.

I should buy a press….but just something to get in the way.

Once I get this bend angle adjusted, ready to weld.

I really can’t complain. Rest of car came apart fine. These two bolts are being a PITA or some reason. There isn’t even visible corrosion.
i had the same problem with the front and rear seat belt bolts.....they were tight....they way i got them out was to loosen the bolt until it stopped and then gave it a strong 1/4 turn and then retighten the bolt back...i did that back and forth like 100x with wd40...it takes awhile
