Progress Thread “Rising from Ashes 2” 95 Saleen S-351 build

All hand sanding. Combination of da and plain old sandpaper. The plastic bumper stripper doesn’t work and the good stuff will eat the urethane
Yeah that's what I figured, I recently repainted all of the urethane skirts/bumpers on my 93GT and sanded it all down.
In hind sight I was wondering if I should have used a chemical stripper, looks like I went the right rout, anyways happy sanding..lol

I’ve done it that way for 25 years. As with all bodywork, it is always better the more labor you put in it

First blocking done on the drivers fender. Few spots left to address. First block on the heat extractor hood done and ready for epoxy and more pieces pulled off ready to work
