I'd be looking at jacking under the house
Mainly emission related codes, the only way to make them go away is to add back emissions stuff or hack/replace ECU....
I did think about new studs. I cleaned them up with a wire wheel and they look....ok. There is a spot where the threads are actually corroded away but minor and below where the nut goes. You suggest new ones then? Looks like they are backwards threaded into the manifold not pressed. I agree it needs new ones but am kinda leery about them coming out very well given the trouble to get them apart.I will guess you're getting new studs and a egr plate?
