1991 Lx 5.0

I might able to get my hands on a 5.0 tomorrow if it is not yet sold,the body seems to be in good shape except for a rough up quarter panel ( Not sure if thats the right name for it ). Interier is okey but the driver side seat have a rip in the fabric ( Nothing a pair of Recaro won't fixed ). Engine is stock but for headers and a K ~ N cone filter. BTW It is a AOD car


This time around I might just spray and pray

What do you expect for $2500 . The car will never be a show car but a sleeper at the track. And it is all my... lol The car is a trade in from the Tacoma/ Federal Way area,it is a Silver/grey type color Mustang ( First one I seen ). There is a picture on Yahoo Auto and Autotrader.com
Wish I know some more history on this car,like what is removed before it is traded in. It still had the 2 1/4 " factory tail pipe but aftermarket rear disc brake ( 4 Lug ) WTF.

I bet the rearend is from a Turbo T Bird -that's the cheapest way to install gears an the disc brakes come with it.

Stock5.0LX thanks for the info,I was thinkng about it had a gear change when I get it on the road,the speedometer needle was at 85mph at 2000rpm,it was like that when I first have 3.55 gear put on my last car without changing the speedo gear. It don't feel like it have a converter change yet as it come of the line kinds of sluggish( But then there is a exhaust leak and I have to get under the car to see what kinds of exhaust system it is running ).
BTW What gear the T- Bird are fitted with 3.27 or 3.55 ?

We're all different Kin, but if I had it to do over, I'd get an '85 carbed Mustang or try to find a '79 with a 302 and a c4.

just to let you know, the salesman was going to take 300 off for me, so talk him down, then he gave me this spiel that the car is on consignment and that the owner was going to raise the price to 2900. I think he was full of crap. But since he told you it was a trade in then i know he is full of crap.

I was thinking about a 85,but don't know anything about carb... C-4 ! I am spoil,I need my OD .

Thanks,1993cObra on the salesman,we all know most of them are creature of the dark and the car is not showroom quality , I just wanted the body so I could play with it. My list goes on and on... AFR,GT-40 etc etc.
