1994 Ranger 2.3l into a 1993 Mustang LX 2.3l?

Found a cheap, low-mileage 2.3l motor+all accessories+radiator from a '94 Ranger, dual-plug head and all. My engine has been feeling like it's wanted to out its own guts for quite some time now. Anyone have any advice, tips, or information in general about this? Any reason it wouldn't work or wouldn't be a good idea? Any and all advice, ideas, constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone!

What year is your 4 banger ?

The only advise is to do t bg e timing belt, water pump, and thermostat while you have it out. The engines are the same basic LIMA 2.3. I dont know if the oil pans are the same. Depending on your year you may run into issues making a dual spark head work.
