275's alot wider than 255's???

ive got 255s on now with a little not much room to spare but am looking to get those stick drag radials in the 275 size. think they will fit? I think the quads where already reversed too

THe 275s are 20mm wider. If you heat and beat the inner fender well you might be able to make them fit. I dout it though that's a fairly good sized tire. What kind of backspaceing do you have on the rim?

Look into some Nitto 555r's. They tend to run a little smaller in sizes than other brands.

Are we talking 225 and 275 on a 17" rim or a 15" rim. If 15" is a 275/50 or 275/60? Also what backspacing or rim width for that matter?

they are 17x9s not sure the back spacing they look like they are the replica cobra wheels. if thats the case its a 18mm off set

275 40s will fit without any issues at all. Had them on my car with quads, and they cleared everything. If the car is lowered there might be a slight issue, but I know without lowering it they fit fine!
