420 rwhp on a s-trim vs 420 rwhp on a novi2000, which has a better curve

I'm wanting about 420 to 430 rwhp. I'm torn between a s-trim or a novi2000. I'm worried that if i had a novi 2000 since its a big blower, that there will be so much timing pulled that the car will have trouble coming off of the line.

Out of the 2 blowers lets say if they are both putting down 420 on the same car which will have the better power curve and give off more torque. Again I'm wanting 420-430 rwhp and want the blower that will lower my et's the best. I want more torque too. So any thoughts or am i just being dumb.

I thought about the kenne bell, but theres things about it, i don't like. Like KB says not to rev there blower past 6,000 and the little kb they make for the 2 valve kb says can't see more than 500 rwhp. My goal now on the stock shortblock is to not rev pass 6,000 or get more than 500 rwhp, but when i get a built short block, i will have to go a different route.

I figure if i see 420-430 rwhp, i can get at least 380 rwtq, but if i could get 400 rwtq that would be great

I'd get the Novi since you'll be getting a built short block down the road the Novi has way more potential where as the S-Trim is limited it'll make good power to 500 or so with head work but can only handle 20psi so your be limited down the road.

Plus you could always add a little nitrious which will give you lots of torque and cool down your intake charge. If you don't like the Novi you could always consider the JT-trim. As for which blower makes the better power curve you'd have to request some dyno sheets and see but I don't know if it will make that much of a difference since there both centrifugal blowers.

Why?

I was about to go with the vortech considering it is smaller, and when thinking about turbos(which are essentially gas driven centri blowers) they usually produce better curves when they are smaller.
