Back with an update after an hour with a bfh and bleeding everything master and breaks it stops hard half way down i have the pushrod set to .900in and my master is 1.4in should i lengthen the rod a bit?
Yes. You want to take up all that dead space. What you don't want is the booster rod to push on the master bore when at rest or the brakes will drag. So in other words, if the bore is 1.400" in dept, you'll want to set up the booster pushrod to 1.390-1.395" or so to that it's just about to make contact.
