Man buddy, its gonna have to grow on me. That pic of the Kona Blue fender just looks so good... Indoors that green looks brown to me. Maybe not as much in person? I bet once the car is finished you will tie it together nicely and it will look great. I'll reserve my comments until you get further along!

Dave, you need to get that fender out in the sun so everyone can see what it looks like outside. I think it’ll grow on them. I love the color. I think I told you guys, my buddy painted his 72 jimmy that color. Pretty cool!!

It's different, I like different. Aside from that, You're painting it...It'll look great regardless of what color it is.

It isn't a vibrant green by any means. Brownish? Maybe a little. I wanted understated.

If y'all remember, I was interested in this color very early on. I can see the color over the entire car in my mind.

I wanted to. Clouds and cold weather all day yesterday though. Oddly enough, it's 65 right now.

If I get sun today, i'll post one in the sun.

The different thing is some of the reason I like it. Different, but not flashy different.

Plus my son likes green, I like my son, we like the color.

So does the "one gallon of un-reduced paints a whole car" apply for anyone, or do you need to be a genius-level painter like you to make it work without wasting any?
That green is kind of similar—a bit darker—to the green/gold color I want to eventually paint my '66 when (if) it's restored.

It’s good for a smaller car like a fox mustang or a classic mustang like yours.

Yeah Drew, I keep hoping by the time I'm done with a certain step I'll be making money like I used to so I can start buying all of the new stuff Doby needs to making it a real car that drives!

So, for now, yes, one piece at a time. Though I do believe I'll be able to order the new floor pan soon and front subframe........and of course a 351/408 that needs to be prettied up a bit!

Probably the trim color, though I’m not set in stone on that one. Maybe a new color?
