Some background. The car is a Auto 5.0 with an A9T ECC and MAS air pair. The fuel was "Stable" added but after such a long time I drained it all. I can not do KOER codes because it absolutely will not idle. To get it to run I have to pump the gas peddle like I am in a carbed car on a winter day without a choke. This action will net me some form of running. About 3-400 RPM. After a indeterminable amount of time the revs will go up and the car will smooth out. If I slowly depress the gas I can get it up to 3500 RPM but if I stab at the gas it will bog and die. If I try to keep it steady it will soon dive down anyway. If I try to idle then it will fall back into that barely running mode again and will stall.
I have checked the codes and got 23 95 and 66.
The TPS reads at 1.00V I will lower it after I find my drill bits but I don't think that is high enough for a code anyway. The 66 has me thinking I may have a bad Mass Air meter but I don't even know if that would cause the car to do the things it is doing.
Hope I gave enough info if anything else is needed I can get it.
TIA,
Gemini
