Ok, here's what I got.
GT40 Explorer heads lightly ported ,NOT the P heads
cobra or trickflow intake upper and lower not sure yet
underdrive pullies
2 1/2 off road h-pipe
Now for the questions.. I have read in a lot of posts that the E cam or equivalent will take some low end power. Should I stay with a stock cam or use the E cam and advance the cam timing to gain the low end power back?

What rockers should I use with either setup? 1.6 or 1.7 RR's

What size mass air flow and throttle body?

Do I need bigger injectors?

I want it to perform well but I would like the option of maybe adding a SC in the future.

Given the choices of stock cam or e-cam, I'd take the e-cam any day. So long as your heads will flow well in the E-cam's RPM range then you can't loose. If you loose anything at all in bottom end the mid range and upper will more than make up for the offset. As for the rockers. It comes down to a matter of what your springs will handle. For me... there would have to be a pretty good reason to use anything other than stock ratio rockers. Your interest in installing a SC down the road suggests to me that stock ratio is in your best interests as well. Unless you're planning to upgrade springs then the lower ratio rockers will help to deacrease the chance of valve float in the upper RPM ranges.

Your stock injectors will be fine until it's time to add that SC.

As for Mass air and TB:
75mm or larger on the meter. After that, style and quality will be the determining factors. A 70mm TB should do you just fine and will be a nice compromise between running now (normally aspirated) and later (once the blower is installed).

Good Luck! :)
