Adding Trick flows top end kit to a bone stocker with 150k ?

Bone stock 91 lx 5-speed, will the bottom end hold up with this kit and a 100 shot of the good juice?

Just wondered.

Im sure it would be best to redo the bottom before but just wanted to ask.

If a 225 hp stock engine and a 125 HP gain from the h/c/i and a 100 shot would keep the bootm end way away from the 500hp limit of a stock block. Just wanted to see what you guys thought.

I would just save your money and do the bottom end with your other mods...save you twice the work just to do it right the first time.....

does your motor burn oil? is it showing signs of age? A friend of mine has 310000Km's on his 302.

Most people would say no. I think what matters most is how often you will use the juice and the compression of each cylinder.

If its not your daily driver I say go for it.
