Well if they ever plan on bringing back Knight Ryder you will have a great chance of selling your car.
The car does look to be in nice condition which is very rare in itself for 3rd gens. I would say ebay it, there is probably someone out there looking for a unmolested 3rd gen in great condition.

ok first of all TPI sucks and will hold you back. there isnt jack on the market for TPI systems like there is for 5.0 EFI. ditch the TPI and go for an HSR. that will cost you though, the HSR isnt cheap. One thing ive noticed about foxes is the wealth of aftermarket performance parts; and the lack of performance parts for the TPI, but tons of SBC engine parts.

first of all, yeah, its a 350. and yeah, i would like a t56, but theres no way in hell i can afford one. and it's looking like i already have a t5 conversion kit for it. i just got to go through paypal and actually buy it and what not.
HSR, do you mean holley systemax?
and whats so bad about tpi.

first off what yr is it? if its an 88 up its a speed density car which in a GM is way better than their mass air crap. its completely the opposite of a fox. the 5 spd swap is useless unless you go for a good tranny. the world class and lower versions of the t5 wont survive behind the 350 very long. go 6 speed all the way. the L98 engine is very easy to mod. ignore those who dont know those cars. i spent 20 yrs of my life wrenching on them. a stock T/A will crush a stock Fox in the twisties. better chasis out of the box. ever look in summit and see all the nice suspension parts for foxes and the little amount there is for any f-body. theres a reason for that, and thats not becuase they decided not to make it. it doesnt need much. an eibach pro kit, larger rear sway bar, SFC's, and some boxed LCA's and youre set. sling a cam and some heads on the L98 and wake it up. GM didnt use forged pistons period, so dont spray it or dont spray it over a 75hp shot. it wont like it for long. the 700r4 is junk stock but can be made very durable, and reliable. a shift kit alone is worth its weight in gold in a 700r4. if you want some real ideas about what mods to go with check out www.sethirdgen.org . look for Bernard he runs the joint, and he knows exactly how to make a long runner 350 haul.carbed87 said:

well, if you ****in looked at chargers for this thing, youd find out that they're defintetly less then what people want for a t56 and all the conversion parts. so yeah, im looking at used chargers, but cant afford a ****in t56 with the pedal assym, slave cylinder...etc, so whats the big deal.
and **** dude, you should know from even working on cars that it's about a 90% chance that you'll never make profit from dumping money in youre car, so why the hell would i think that.
so the dilemna is this, i can either get ****in blue balled on selling my car as is, or MABYE make a little bit more AND have fun working on my car by slapping some parts on it all at once. holy ****, that was SO ****ing inconcievable to even fathom wasn't it.
and the reason i made this thread in the first place, was to kinda give an explination as to why i bought a thirdgen. there were a lot of people on here who bad mouthed me for getting one even when i explained why i had to get it in the first place.
trust me, if i could sell this thing i would, but theres never that "someone that has to buy it" when you're selling it, and you should know that if you've ever sold a car.

And my dad has his own dealership, with classic cars, i set up all the ebay ads and the descriptions, I know a thing or two about how to sell a car, and there is someone out there stupid enough to buy the car, I mean just look at you.
And if it was me I would get "blue balled" and sell the car, and buy the fox that you want and have fun with that, have maybe an extra few hundred bucks to spend on it, oh but wait you spent it on the transam. Point is its a waste of money, and its not worth it if your going to get rid of it. Id like to know how old you are because im 17 and even I have my priorities set alittle better then to just blow some money on a car and sell it then buy another one and spend some more on it, hell save the money for your life to come, seems like your going to need all the help you can get. lol, and if it makes you feel any better you HAVE gotten me to think about selling it and not modding it again. but the grass just always seems greener on the other side you know, i dont want to sell this (which is in really good condition) and end up buying something worse just because i dont have a car.
