I was wondering if optima makes a shorter battery... My hood is slightly pushed up on my driver side... I have different terminals over there which I think is another one of my problems... I dont want to buy a billet hold down and its too cold to relocate it to my trunk now... If Optima makes one like 1/4 of an inch shorter thats about all I need... Guys at Auto Zone says they are all the same size... They are morans... Let me know guys thanks!!!

Yeah but I have a stock hood and it closes and all but its pushed up like 1/4 of an inch or less... I might just buy a different battery but i like the bling optima brings! Any other good companies? I had a die hard gold... lasted 4-5 years... I want something new!

I have 2 Optima Yellows in my Suzuki, I can measure tonight if you want.

Also, if you're looking specifically at gel-cells, if I remember right, the Pro-Comp Spiral Cell from 4-wheel Parts Wholesalers is a bit shorter than the Optimas.

I'll have a height measurement for you in the morning if you don't have it by then.

The yellows are great, because the Zuk sits for 2-3 months at a time, and I use them for running the winch, the on-board welder, on-board air, and HID lights

Not your average Samurai.
