Recommendations on where to buy injectors?So, I think 47s are a bit on the small side for a 600 rwhp 347 on gas, let alone E85. I don't know if you'll make that much, but I know it's possible, and you might want to have a little room to grow. So, with that in mind, my recommendation is to get some 60 or 80 lb injectors from Siemens Deka. You will not be pushing those injectors at 600rwhp, and they have awesome control for idle & cruise. You'll obviously need some way to tune them, regardless of the injector size you pick at that level. You're not going to get away with just a calibrated maf.
10.5:1Ok, I'm officially retired and I pulled the trigger on the Blueprint 347 long block(no sales tax, beat the price increase and he threw in free shipping). So I'm starting to gather parts for the swap. I currently have a 255lph Walbro fuel pump with stock rails and lines and 47lb injectors. Will the 47's be big enough with the 347 and Vortech on 10lbs of boost? if I need to change the fuel system, how big would I need to go to run E85? I know I could have went with a more expensive long block built for boost, but I'm old, stubborn, cheap and like a challenge. If this thing grenades and the block is salvageable, I'll rebuild it.
Where did you see 10.5:1? The long block description says 10:1. I know it's a little high and the setup isn't ideal for boost, but I can't pass it up at the price. I'm not trying to spin the world backwards with this upgrade, just have some fun. I'll run it as is and if it takes a crap, ill salvage what I can and rebuild it. Since I've retired, I have nothing but time and my wife has no problem with me buying parts(within reason) as it keeps me occupied in the shop (she works from home). I do appreciate all the advice I get here. You guys are a wealth of information.10.5:1
The cam isn’t exactly optimal either in my opinion. Not the best not the worst
E85 is your friend at that compression
Pump gas tuning window will be much smaller at that compression.
My real concern here is ring gap. I hope the rings are gapped enough to not have an issue.

But kinda curious on how’s the process is going?Looks like I'll be doing a fuel supply upgrade too. I knew i defiantly would be on E85. Do you have a good site I can look at for fuel calculators, line sizes ect.? I have the external Trex pump that came with the blower that I never used. Could I make the 255 in tank and external Trex work and do bigger lines , rails and injectors?

I have a similar combo and run E85. (347 engine, Vortech at 14# boost, E85 fuel).

Dyno sheet says 432hp and 432ftlbs torque, 17 more than they advertise. I'll take it. Should be a fun project.

Going to be replacing the cheap valve covers, but other than that it looks good. Post some pics of the valve train when you swap the valve covers if you can. I contacted blue print asking what parts they are using, but they were very vague, they only said that they were comp cam roller rockers but no part #’s or anything. Wondering if they are steel or billet rollers. They said also stated that they use mahle brand forged pistons and ring set.It's not installed yet. But it's in progress. Yeah, I tried to get part numbers for for internals too. They told me pistons and rings were made for them by Mahle and crank made for them by Scat. Would only give me their internal part numbers. I'll take some pictures and post them when I pull the valve covers. Just saw this post by a guy that bought one of the new Summit blocks on 8.2 Deck Mafia on facebook. Everyone's been wondering if the Summit 8.2 blocks are the same as the new BluePrint blocks. With the BPE logo on the main caps, I would say yes they are the same.What are your thoughts on the quality of the long block ?

Nope. This ones made specifically for BluePrint and has mounting holes for either style pump. Just need to block off the mechanical fuel pump hole and change the timing pointer and my reverse rotation water pump will bolt right up. https://blueprintengines.com/collections/timing-coversYour gonna want to pull the timing cover also, its a non EFI one.
