Yeah i had parked it in an area where they were sawing some concrete up. It got washed and put into a garage after that for the remainder of the time i stored it.

FWIW that's what I did. Stock rear with '95 axles.
I think I spent $1200 for my 13" Bullitt setup w/new Bullitt calipers, drilled/slotted rotors, and some other unnecessary extras. You can definitely do it right and still do it cheap.
If I'm just doing the front brakes over and temporarily sticking with drums out back, do I need to change out the master cylinder?
also remember the bullit rims for 99-04 have a 30mm back spacing where as the 05+ have a 45mm just some food for thought.

Maybe somebody can chime in on this, but I thought that there was a difference in drum brake axles and disc brake axles. Would he be able to "reuse" the drum brake axles if he went to disc later down the road, or use SN95 axles if he's planning on staying drum for the time being?

The difference is the center hub diameter. He can use the 5-lug drum setup as it's designed to work together. If he goes to disks, he can use the Sn95 axles and be fine.
The prob comes when using drum axles with disks...like with north cobra brackets. A spacer is needed.

I think I do want SN95 length axles to fill out the wheel wells. So if I end up with those (with the idea of moving to rear discs later), can I simply mount the 9" drums or will I need one set of axles for the drums, and a new set for the discs?

the stock bullits are 17x8 30mm backspacing most of the aftermarket ones now are 45mm its hard to find the right ones.
Yes, you will need a set of axles for the drums and then the 94-98 Sn95 axles for the disks. You can't use the same axles. So if you want drums, you'll need to find fox lenght or ranger axles.
But you could easily sell them. When i did my cobra disks, i removed and sold the drum axles and drums easily in no time.
I even found a buyer for my stock front 5.0 brake parts beleive it or not. I made about $50 on the front parts and $125 for the axles/drums

So if I have SN95 spindles up front and fox length 5-lug axles out back, will I have the rear Bullitts buried in the fenders while the front are at the edges? I would like everything to look nicey-nice once I'm done.

Look at the pics of my car i have sn 95 fronts and fox length rear it isnt that noticeable with the right back spacing

Got it, but if I opt for the correct backspacing for fox axles I'm assuming I won't have the right backspacing for SN95 axles. I can deal with buying new axles later, but I can't sell the wifey on new wheels too. Only one thing is going to get blown, the budget or me...
I am also assuming the 17x8 with 30mm backspacing will work fine with SN95 bits at all 4 corners. I don't want to mess with that.
Yeah. The fronts will be at the edge and the rears will tuck. Nobody ever noticed it when I had it but I did and it bothered me.
Could always do spacers in back now if you trust them.
THANKS for those pics LarsD. Can I assume you've got SN95 up front and SN95 axles out back? Standard 17x8 / 30mm Bullitts?
Close, rims are off an original 01 Bullitt (not sure of the backspacing), SN-95 spindles, and Ranger axles with drums.
