I have had my 06 v-6 for about six months now and it has about 33k miles, it has really seemed to have come alive, runs much better, (quicker), no more lag off the line and seems to be getting better mileage, (26 average overall driving). has anyone else experienced this, the only change was a gt muffler when i first bought it.
Usually cars become better after the break in period. Not by much though, but some can be noticeable. To me, it seems your car should be well past that point at 33K. So if you're just experiencing it now Perhaps you switched to a better gas? Or that cooler weather helps your car make a bit more power? Recent tuneup? Whatever it was, I'm glad she's got a bit more pep to her now
