I decided to plastidip the wheels. Took about 2.5 hours from start to finish. They turned out pretty good ( at night at least ). I love the way it looks. May black out the gt emblems too. Needs a drop, but I'll live with it for now. All these were taken with my phone. I hope to get some better ones Sunday.

If you take your pictures during the day, they won't be grainy. Are you eventually going to get custom wheels? Regarding the cap and emblems, I wouldn't use plasti-dip. I'd get NEW parts, and paint them with real paint. It'll look a LOT better, and you can always go back to the original parts later if desired.

I know how you feel, the previous owner put the same hood on mine, but I am starting to like it!

Some angles the hood looks decent, and some it looks completely out of place. I don't dislike it enough to buy a new one.

As far as the pictures, I know. I had just finished and mounted the wheels. I went out to get a few quick pictures that night with my phone. I plan on getting a new set of rims and tires down the road. But for now these will do. Once I do get the new ones, I will just peel off the dip on these and have my chrome stockers for winter. When I plan on selling the car, I can return it to 100% stock in a few minutes.
