cheap X or H pipe w/cats for mac long tubes

i need a cheap or less expensive h-pipe or x-pipe. i need one to get pass emissions. i need a shorty version i guess because i have longtubes and they're not that easy to find anywhere. i just need something cheap. I hate emissions, I live in PA.

VRS makes a catted X-pipe for Mac LTs, but it isn't cheap. You can find it on this page:

It would probably be cheaper just to have a pair of Catco cats welded into your existing pipe.

flowtech was the cheapes OR X i could find.. not sure if they make a cated version.
