Does the bmw club usually have other types of cars? And will they accept SAACNW club membership? I'd kinda like to hang out at a "loose" event. I've got a friend who wants to ride along.

the last few bmw club track days ive been to are very friendly and was very similar to a multi style car meet with some track time in between.

There isn't a list on their site. I e-mailed Mike Volk last night. He responded that my application was accepted and I’m set to participate in the HPDE event Friday June 2nd.

I have not received a non-solicited e-mail from CSCC. I have no idea how they plan on informing people their application was accepted.

Maybe the notification is the booklet of training material they send before the ground school.

oh ok. yeah they send you info if your taking the school but i dont know about the hpde side ive always taken the school side so i have a racer grade me as harsh as he/she can. i guess there going to be 22 or 23 counting me in the hpde side. i hope my stock parted 328i doesnt get in the way.

I think I'm F'd Keith. Was going to mail my app tomorrow. What is that "test and tune" listed with 5 spots open. Does that allow me to run around the track as fast as I can too? Gotta try and contact Mike Volk.

I know very little about CSCC so the call to Mike seems like the best way to go. Good luck.

Mike said there are 3 guys ahead of me. He'll let me know of any cancellations. Hopefully a long weekend of drinking coupled with foolish behavior will get me in after all!

lol i just checked out how many openings they have left and it down to just test and tune 3 spots and t&t are for full race cars only with lisenced drivers. i have a feeling theres going to be lots of people out there this time.

I have and I'm confirmed already. They have a website that does all the registering. Pretty slick system, I wish everyone used it. Then my procrastination wouldn't F me up! SAAC is coming up on 7/10 and I'm planning on getting in on that one too.
