I've heard lots of good things on the Tork Tech kit. If I had a 99-04, I would get their intake manifold/intercooler made to accept the Cobra/Lightning blowers. Good budget build for a lot of performance. Could easily get 400 rwhp, along with all that low-end torque, for $3000 +/-. Can't beat that.
