DIY - MIL Eliminators

Ok, so I've seen a few people mentioning that MIL eliminators can be made fairly cheaply and easily. I consider myself to be fairly proficient in the use of a soldering iron and electronics, so I'd like to try it myself.

Does anyone know where I can find the schematics or a HOWTO?

I would like to know as well. I'll be installing an X pipe this weekend and some people have said even though it has cats it may still throw a MIL.
