I've reached my breaking point trying to figure out the starting issue with my car. I've replaced the starter, the solenoid, the battery and the ignition switch. The only thing left is the neutral safety switch. When I have the key turned to the ON position and cross the solenoid with a screwdriver the car will start.
I can read the wiring diagram, but don't have a voltmeter and I don't have the knowledge on how to use one or what to look for.
Any suggestions on where to take it would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
