If you are really intrested in turning your 3.8L into a monster.

Check out..

www.supersixmotorsports.com

They have a lot of staged kits for your engine, and have the reputation to back up thier work, they are a tad pricey, but they are pretty much the leaders in the 3.8 V6 market.

It's easy! Keep the block, and replace everything else! Simple.

well!!!! since it your motor looks like that you need to put a specail plasma booster on there to pick up any horsepower at all (they run you about 5-6 mil).... we all know what a 94-98 stang looks like under the hood....

- What's that mr 5.0 did i beat numberous 5.0's this summer at VIR with my "6 cyla?"
- Whats that?

Im sorry im not trying to start a argument but I dont know about beating a 5.0 in a 97 v6 unless you have some serious mods.Whats on your sig doesnt really look like enough to beat a stock 5.0. Alot of times 5.0's arent stock anyway there just too cheap and easy to mod and parts are a dime a dozen.
