Got a 91 lx 5.0 longtube headers, catless hpipe and flowmaster dumps all came with car when I purchased it , every time I drive my clothes end up stinking like fumes , i know dumps can cause this which I will change but since it's basically a street driven weekend driver should I go with highflow cats as well or that won't make much of a difference?

As said. Cats and pipes. If I had to pick one, I'd just toss cats on.

Install tailpipes. I run an offroad mid pipe with 2.5 inch tail pipes and I get no exhaust stench in the cabin and it's a convertible...
I had the same thing on my car. I fixed the egr and pcv. These helped but did not fix the issue. I ended up trading my long tubes and off road H pipe for equal length shorties and high flow cats. That was one of the best choices I made for the car, no more exhust leaks, no more rattle or scrapping the ground, much easier to work on, and the car, myself , the garage, and the kids no longer stink of fumes. Sounds better too.
