Ok, 88GT auto, well kept, runs great, nothing wrong with it, but it bone stock o the air silencer. Should I pack a sandwitch for heading down the track?

Oh... it has flowmasters because the stockers blew a hole in them, and a K&N repeacement filter in the airbox.

Depending on your 60ft and the fact that it's and auto, high 14's like a 14.7could even see something like a 15.2. I have seen bone stock auto's run both.

Thats kind of what I remember seeing stock 5.0 cars run at the track. That's about what my old car ran the first time out.

Just about, about 95% there. Just have to wait to get the money through the bank.

My 1988 LX AOD hatch went 14.7 @ 93MPH Bone stock. I think i took the silencer off, but that's about it. Had 2.73's too. Luckily, i've chopped a good amount of time with mods, 3.73's and swapping to a 5-spd

Coincidentally, my G35 sedan ran 14.7 @ 93MPH bone stock too...boy have times changed.
